We provide free estimates within 24 hours of your request. For urgent needs, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
It's preferred but not required. Many of our recurring clients provide us with access and we clean while they're away. For first-time appointments, we recommend being available initially to discuss any specific preferences.
We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon service completion for one-time jobs. Recurring clients can set up automatic billing.
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance for best availability. However, we often accommodate last-minute requests when possible — just ask!
Yes! We understand life happens. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. We're happy to reschedule at no charge with proper notice.
