Desert Bloom Cleaning Services LLC provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, and Airbnb turnover services in Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Tempe, Arizona.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• All service requests are subject to availability.
• Appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or written confirmation.
• Customers must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Free estimates are provided before any work begins.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work required.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

5. Our Obligations

• Perform all services in a professional, workmanlike manner.
• Use appropriate equipment and cleaning products for each task.
• Treat your property with respect and care.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding your property and personal information.
• Carry adequate insurance coverage for our operations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to areas to be cleaned.
• Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and pets prior to service.
• Inform us of any special instructions, allergies, or sensitivities.
• Notify us immediately if you're dissatisfied with any aspect of our service.
• Ensure payment is provided as agreed.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any portion of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the original scope of work agreed upon.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in your property.
• We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
• In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Desert Bloom Cleaning Services LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
